On our way to visit our daughter we stopped at this cute little Mexican restaurant. They had a couple of these giant parrots. Do they make them in Mexico; I don't know. They also had the best chicken enchiladas! Yum! But,I learned an important lesson: Don't stuff yourself with a plate full of chicken enchiladas while on a road trip. I had heartburn for two days.
I don't know if I really learned my lesson. In the same situation I might just do it again.
